Industrial Pfer Industry Chain Supporting Raw Materials

      不少加工制造企业从沿海转移到内陆后发现产业链配套成为难题

In August 28th, a lot of manufacturing enterprises moved from the coast to the mainland, not only getting rid of the shortage of people, lack of electricity and lack of land, but also found a new space for development. As the undertaking of industrial pfer, Hubei also put forward such a slogan: the decentralization of all the powers that can be delegated, the cancellation of all fees that can be cancelled, the simplification of all the examination and approval matters, and the efforts to make the newly arrived enterprises take root.

The factory has been put into production for over a year, but Yang Jijun, general manager of Yidong electronic Hubei company, is worried about whether the raw materials can be delivered on time.

Yang Jijun, general manager of Yidong Electronics (Hubei) Co., Ltd.: "sometimes we have to stop working and wait for a few hours for a raw material. This is a lot of cost loss. I worry about this raw material every day."

Yidong electronics is a large electronics enterprise in Guangdong. Last year, they officially put into operation in Xianning, Hubei. However, some of the raw materials needed by Hubei factories are not purchased in Central China. They can only be shipped from Guangdong, which has brought great trouble to their production.

Yang Jijun: "this is the biggest problem we have. That is the problem of the industrial chain, such as customer supplier, our central China is not. This is a very worrying problem."

In the warehouse of Yidong electronics, Yang Jijun told reporters that some stocks of raw materials had been in urgent need.

Yang Jijun: "this is not enough for most of the day, so it will not be rushed out, and our production line will be shut down."

Because of the lack of matching industry, Yidong electronics has slowed down the development speed of Xianning plant.

Yang Jijun: "we expect employees to reach 1500 people, but we have only five or six hundred people at present, so there is a big gap between our ideal and".

Reporter: "what do you think is the biggest reason for this gap?"

Yang Jijun: "just because of the problem of industrial chain, it is because the upstream and downstream supporting products of the industrial chain can not keep up."

In fact, after the shift from the coast to the inland, it was not only the Yidong electronics company, but ASD was the first Zhejiang enterprise to settle in Anlu, Hubei province.

Reporter: "what if Hubei and the coast feel less than you feel?"

Hubei ASD Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. executive vice president Cai Guiming: "this place is in general is in Hubei because its industrial supporting capacity is still relatively short, it is not intensive enough."

In the process of industrial pfer, it is not only the coastal enterprises who have settled in the mainland that are facing difficulties. In this wave, although all local governments have exerted all kinds of skills, they hope to introduce more high-quality enterprises. But in the actual investment process, they often face difficult choices.

Li Yahua, vice mayor of Xianning Municipal Committee of Hubei Province, said: "for example, we have a project which has a relatively large investment, nearly four billion yuan, and the future output value is also 10 billion yuan, but it is required to burn the boilers in our industrial park, to consume a lot of coal and second of sulfur dioxide emissions."

Li Yahua told reporters that some coastal enterprises have problems of high pollution and high energy consumption. Because of the smaller and smaller development space along the coast, they often take advantage of the idea that some underdeveloped areas are eager to invest in business, and take huge economic benefits as bait to try to pfer to the locals. However, how to deal with these enterprises that can bring good economic benefits to the local governments is a headache for many local governments.

      从招单个企业到招整个产业,咸宁市希望通过这个办法解决产业配套问题

Industrial pfer in coastal areas is a win-win opportunity for manufacturing enterprises or inland areas to undertake pfer. However, after many enterprises have settled down in the mainland, they find that the industrial chain is difficult to match, and inland areas have also encountered problems of high pollution and high energy consumption. It seems that only by relying on preferential investment and the traditional investment mode of quantity can not grasp the opportunity of this round of industrial pfer, is there any better way to retain those enterprises that are truly competitive?

When ASD just settled in Anlu in 1999, a lot of raw materials had to be shipped from abroad, which virtually increased the cost of logistics. In order to solve the problem of industrial matching, ASD and the local government decided to join Zhejiang to import supporting enterprises.

Cai Guiming, executive vice president of Hubei ASD Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd.: "since 1999, we have also introduced our suppliers of raw materials, and we have also done the upstream matching."
