如今,不少加盟总部用加盟费用少、资金门槛低来吸引加盟者,但上海连锁商业协会的洪关康提醒说:“投资金额低也并不是意味着风险小”。以上海社保局推出的98项特许经营项目为例,最少的加盟费用仅在万元左右,但细究一下不难发现,不少低于5万的费用中,都没有包括首期房租费和装修费,而房租费与装修费用其实是开业费用的大头。
如果单为吸引更多的加盟者而人为降低资金门槛,反而会加大投资的风险,联华便利就有过这样的教训。陈铭珍举例说,联华曾推出“投资7万元,做个小老板”的方案,的确圆了不少加盟者的“老板梦”。但推出后实战效能并不好,因为要硬凑7万元的投资额,门店的面积就只能在10平方米左右,在商品种类和设备投资上均远远落后于对手,造成在竞争中落于下风。在经过一段时间的摸索后,联华便利已放弃了“7万元加盟”方案,转而推荐门店面积在50平方米,投资金额在15万元左右的加盟方案。
考虑到加盟者的承受能力,目前市场上以15万以上的加盟方案最受欢迎,便利店、洗衣店、冲印店的加盟方案大致都在15万到20万之间;诸如餐饮、美容业的资金门槛更高一些,约在50万元以上;而像肯德基这样的超级品牌的加盟费用更是高达800万元。“特许经营不是小打小闹”,联邦兴智管理公司的姚予老师认为,特许经营是小投入的观念有误,应得到投资者的注意。
