Leader Failure Is The Ten Way To Succeed.

Since we were young, we were told that time would heal all wounds.

But no one told us that it was half right.

If wounds are caused by others, it is true.

But when the wound is caused by oneself - it is also called error - if we do not admit mistakes, there will be no more time.

Failure is somewhat different, but the concept is similar.

Not recognizing or failing to learn will only lead to more serious failures.

The opposite is true: recognition and learning from failure will ultimately lead to success.

Unfortunately, many leaders are too sensitive to the whole idea of acknowledgement of failure.

I have worked with business leaders, politicians, CEO and senior executives for dozens of times.

Why, I don't know, but maybe we can talk about how to make leaders proud and arrogant, as we say in the question of self omniscient managers.

In any case, systemic business failures, corporate failures and personal failures usually boil down to the self imposed use of leaders or managers.

Do not become one of them.

On the contrary, master these...

Failure is the ten way to succeed.

1. change management.

Have you ever tried to change the company's system or process involving many people?

If you have, then you have failed.

If you don't learn from it, you still don't know how to do it.

2. employees.

What, are you a great employee outside the company?

Please, be honest.

You made mistakes; this is how you learn how things work, how to do things well, when to make decisions and when to comply.

Maybe you didn't.

Uh huh.

3. pfer.

The turnaround started with a clear explanation of the problem and what went wrong.

Sometimes there are several repetition, just like IBM, apple and HP.

Some boards waited too long, like Nortel Networks.

Will next be sprint, SONY and DELL?

4. rule people.

I don't care what business schools say; you can't learn that at school.

You learn it in your work by making mistakes and learning what works and what doesn't work.

5. scientific methods.

It is based on a hypothetical concept, which proves to be wrong and continues until you can not prove it wrong.

6. innovation.

The whole innovation cycle is based on a continuous learning curve.

Of course, we like the story of Google and Facebook founder, but more often than not, we have experienced several failed entrepreneurs before success.

7. consultation.

Well, don't be too specific, but the only reason I succeed as a consultant is the dozens of mistakes I made in the company's twenty years.

This is called "linear learning".

8. strategic planning.

Any strategic planning process must first analyze what works and what is not feasible.

The "W" in SWOT indicates weakness and gives a good reason.

9. reflection afterwards.

If you fail to reflect on loss customers, product launches and marketing activities, you are unlikely to do well next time.

10. relational networks.

If you need me to explain the relationship between failure, personal, business, etc., how to make you a successful partner and team member, then your problem is too big for me to help you.

It looks like a contradiction, and it is ironic, but always thinking that you are right is bound to lead to failure, and acknowledging failure and learning from it will eventually bring success.
