　　梅李镇现有规模以上经编企业28家，占全镇规模以上企业的17.72%,09年实现产值40亿元，利税1.5亿元和08年基本持平，但是需要说明的是，由于原材料价格波动的影响，产品销售价格09年是下降的，所以梅李镇的经编产业产量2009年实际增长20%左右，经编产业产值和利税于上年基本持平。另外，梅李镇有和经编的配套的规模以上印染企业12家，占全镇规模以上企业的7.59%。09年实现产值也超过了10亿元。梅李镇的经编产业经过多年的发展已经形成了自己的特色，那就是在绒布这个领域，品种最丰富，花型和设计在国内能够最快反应出国际上的潮流和趋势。梅李镇政府在发展规划中指出，到2012年，计划使梅李镇经编产业年产值超过80亿元，年均增幅达到20%以上。2009年到2010年投资总额超过10亿元。
