The National Institute of technology in Belarus, China, has studied the process of making these wastes into synthetic fibreboard. The process is simple, and the mixing ratio of waste to wood fiber is 30-70%.


In the synthetic fiber board components, a variety of short fiber waste materials can be used, mainly chemical fiber.

For example, the woolen waste in artificial wool shearing and waste materials produced in carpet production (such as polypropylene, nylon, wool and other short fiber waste).

The production process of fiberboard is as follows: crushing of wood fiber raw materials, crushing of waste feet, mixing of two materials, preparation of fiberboard preparation, preparation of adhesives and bonding, fiberboard forming, hot pressing, cutting and packaging.

Due to full grinding, this process can produce physical and mechanical good building materials and paving materials.

This makes up for the disadvantages of pure wood fiberboard, such as more expensive, less powerful, chemical stability and poor climate resistance, and helps to achieve this goal.

After many experiments, the optimum hot pressing temperature and the ratio of scrap to scrap were optimized.


  

Synthetic fiber board

The technical index at the density of 940-950kg/m3, bending strength 20-22Mpa, expansion rate of 15%, its manufacturing hot pressing temperature is 165 degrees, the lower foot waste addition ratio is 35%.
