The drafting of the industry "12th Five-Year plan" is drawing to a close.

Reporters yesterday drafted from participating in the planning.

Full reputation

Ding Yufeng, general manager of the group, was informed that in the "12th Five-Year plan" of the shoemaking industry,

Low carbon environmental protection

"And" digitalization "will be the two bright spot.

The "12th Five-Year plan" of the footwear industry highlights two highlights: energy conservation, emission reduction and digitalization.

Energy conservation and emission reduction are in line with the current concept of low carbon life, reflecting the characteristics of the times and the change of people's sense of consciousness. The emphasis is on numerical control to further solve the problem of labor shortage in labor-intensive industries.

Ding Yufeng introduced to reporters.

It is reported that a team of 5 people was commissioned to complete the research and drafting work of the footwear industry in 12th Five-Year. Ding Yufeng is the only representative of the business community, and the remaining 4 are from universities and research institutions.

Low carbon and environmental protection will become the trend of the industry.

Since the convening of the world climate conference in Copenhagen last year, the theme of "low carbon and environmental protection" has been recognized by more and more people, and this also poses new challenges to high energy consumption and high pollution industries.

"For example, the leather industry at the upstream of the shoe industry chain should further improve the process so as to make the sewage produced in the production process get the most proper treatment. This is a particularly prominent problem in the shoemaking industry.

In fact, not only the leather industry can be divided into "low carbon and environmental protection", but the whole shoe industry chain can consider how to adapt itself to this trend.

Ding Yufeng said.

Ding Yufeng suggested that enterprises in shoe-making related industries should incorporate low-carbon environmental protection into the planning of enterprise development as soon as possible.

In his view, this is an overall trend in the future development of the industry.

"This is not only a manifestation of corporate social responsibility and brocade. In the coming days, problems in this area may even affect the survival and development of an enterprise.

When most of the enterprises in the industry are conscious of "low carbon and environmental protection", those enterprises that have not yet done so are bound to be outside the gate of the industry.

Now that we have to do it sooner or later, our business is not ready to prepare earlier and actively adapt to such a change.

"Digitalization" to solve the problem of employment difficulty

The shortage of labour resources has been plaguing labor intensive industries, including shoemaking industry, in recent years.

Reporters learned that, with shoe-making enterprises as an example, most shoe-making enterprises in Jinjiang can not guarantee full employment, and even some enterprises have less than 60% operating rate.

In view of this phenomenon, the upcoming footwear industry "12th Five-Year" plan has put forward suggestions for enterprises: digitalization.

On the one hand, the problem of difficult employment has become increasingly prominent in recent years. The semi-automatic or fully automatic features of digital equipment make it possible to reduce the use of labor force, to a great extent, alleviate the pressure of employment, and help enterprises to expand reproduction.

On the other hand, if a company wants to develop healthily and continuously, it needs the backing of technology to increase productivity.

The development of digitalization lays a good foundation for the future operation of enterprises.

It can be said that digitalization is the ultimate outlet for enterprise development in the future.

Ding Yufeng gave an example: a traditional molding line may require 120 workers, and less than 20 workers are needed for automatic assembly lines.

"If our enterprises can use such machines boldly, the shortage of labour resources will be effectively alleviated."
