Before the design competition, the Shaoxing county industry and Commerce Bureau issued a batch of "special" business licenses. The names displayed on the licenses were not the names of companies or enterprises that were seen before, but the words "masters of Chinese clothing design".

After receiving the license, the designer will set up their personal studio in Shaoxing Textile City.

It is understood that China's textile city is building an international textile creative city in order to get rid of the traditional industrial structure, which is a special measure taken by Shaoxing's local industrial and commercial departments to cultivate a new market economy entity.
