Loom Subsidy Power Loom

 

The India government formulated the group work space (Workshed) plan, which was formally revised and extended from April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2012, India.

The comprehensive development plan of the power loom industry has been extended to 2010-2011 years and 2011-2012 years without any modification.


The group work space (Workshed) plan for the power loom sector is made clear by properly modifying the existing group workspace plan. The purpose of the plan is to enable dispersed power loom enterprises to form an enterprise group, providing greater working space, better working environment, higher working efficiency and enhancing their global market competitiveness for these enterprises.


The primary objective of the plan is to promote the modernization of looms in existing or new enterprise groups, and the enterprise group will provide the scale needed for the textile economy.

The workspace under this plan includes modern looms, weaving preparation, bar warping machine and other functional equipment needed.

The scale is as follows:

The measure of area:


1) automatic loom: 200 square feet.


2) shuttleless loom: 400 square feet.


3) a wider shuttleless loom: 600 square feet.


Less than 40% of space will be allowed for weaving preparation, such as

The bar warping machine, etc., and the space of general facilities, such as laboratories, sample showrooms, offices, workers' entertainment facilities, etc.

Beneficiaries will be eligible for infrastructure services, such as 10% of the road's eligible expenditure within the factory, provided that the total number of sites is 4 or more than 4, of which at least one is a house, weaving preparation equipment, such as sizing, warping or unpowered looms.


With regard to the benefits of infrastructure, beneficiaries will not be eligible for infrastructure concessions under any other plan of the comprehensive textile Garden (SITP) of the Ministry of textiles.


Financial aid and financial aid


According to the plan, the subsidy for power loom construction will be limited to 40% of the construction unit cost, the largest of which is 160 rupees / square feet.

The maximum license subsidy for each beneficiary will be limited to 1 million 200 thousand rupees (including preferential allowance for infrastructure, such as 10% of the road's eligible expenditure within the factory), including the installation of 48 modern looms (automatic or shuttleless looms), or 24 wider shuttleless looms, 160 rupees / square feet.


Subsidy payment


After approval by the project approval committee, 30% of the total amount of government subsidy in India will be paid in advance. The premise is that the land will be mortgaged to the India government in the first and second stages. If there is no land to be mortgaged, the subsidy will not be paid in advance, but the payment will be made according to the proportion of 30:30:40.
