Jingjiang City Commission for information and operation division responsible person said that the Beijing Lun company this time eliminated 1 original used for yarn dyeing production lines, eliminating backward equipment 28 sets (sets), installed capacity of 380KW.

In March this year, the company took the initiative to shut down the production line and carry out technical pformation. It is expected that it will be put into operation again in September.

The new production line will adopt new equipment and technology, and with central heating, it is expected to save more than 50% of energy consumption per year, reduce water consumption by more than 60%, and reduce pollution emissions by 55%.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Commission, the backward production capacity of our city is mainly concentrated in the printing and dyeing and cement industries. Among them, the printing and dyeing industry has 81 sets of backward energy consuming equipment, 25 million tons of backward production capacity, and 1 million 800 thousand tons of backward production capacity in the cement industry.

It is estimated that by 2012, 81 sets of equipment in the printing and dyeing industry will be eliminated and the cement industry will eliminate 950 thousand tons of backward production capacity.
