Sidelights On The National Symposium On Fiber Spinning Standard Sample System Construction

Xu Dajun, Secretary General of the national standard sample Technical Committee, came to the guidance and made an important speech.

She pointed out that the standard sample system is an integral part of China's standardization system. Further upgrading the quality of standard samples, fully reflecting the role of standard samples in the written technical standards, and serving the development of the society and service industries are the breakthrough points for the construction of standard sample system into the standardization system. She said: at present, the number of written technology standards has exceeded 10000 in China, while the number of standard samples is still less than two thousand. The proportion of standard samples in the number of written technical standards is 10%, which is far from the proportion of 40%~50% in developed countries.

She hoped that through this study, based on the research and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the classification methods of domestic and foreign standard samples and the characteristics of the new national standard system, and combining the experience of the construction of the main industry standard samples system at home and abroad, the plan for the construction of the standard sample system of the standard spun textile system was proposed, so as to promote and promote the balanced, rapid and healthy development of the standard sample system construction.

Feng Ping, Secretary General of the national standard sample Technical Committee and the textile spinning working group, presided over the seminar. In his concluding remarks, he summed up the main consensus reached by the symposium, and put forward that the research on standard sample system of fiber spinning is an integral part of the national standard sample system's public welfare research project and a basic work to promote the construction of the standard sample system for fiber spinning. It is also the focus of the recent work of the fiber spinning working group.

Feng Ping emphasized: through the discussion, we have further clarified the main contents of the research on the standard sample system of fiber spinning, that is, to work out the work plan, analyze the basic situation, research the system structure and compile the research report, and make suggestions for the scientific development of the standard sample system construction in our country. The principles of the research on the standard sample system of fiber spinning have been determined, that is, the principle of advanced science, the principle of coordination and matching, the principles of international integration and the principle of service industry.

He asked: every member of the working group should take an active part in the research work and complete the relevant tasks assigned by the conference, so as to contribute to the construction of the standard sample system for fiber spinning, the perfection of the content of the standard sample system and the development of the standard sample work in China.
