Buyer (hereinafter referred to as Party A):

In accordance with the provisions of the contract law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations, Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement on the sale of new and old motor vehicles on the basis of equality, voluntariness and consultation.

Seventh the rights and obligations of Party B

The tenth way to solve contractual disputes

If a dispute arises in the contract, it may apply to the relevant departments for mediation. When mediation fails, the following measures shall be adopted to solve the problem:

Eleventh specific agreements
