Sublimation heat pfer printing technology

The environmental protection sublimation heat pfer printing technology developed independently by the Hengsheng ink technology research and development center has broken the technical barriers to China's textile trade set up by the developed countries to date.

This type of thermosetting ink is a pure natural color ink system which is organically synthesized by agricultural and sideline products. It has no methanol, no AZO (23 aromatic amines), and no harmful substances such as heavy metals. It is non-toxic, tasteless, flammable and explosive. It meets the technical standards of various textile inspection at home and abroad.


  

Printing ink technology

The application of textile printing industry is still pioneering. The reactive dyes and disperse dyes of traditional textile printing are closely related to petrochemicals. In the era of high oil price of the international crude oil price of 100 US dollars / barrel, the price of traditional dyes has been rising, and it is said that there is still room for improvement.

Sublimated thermosetting ink instead of traditional printing dyes, the price is lower than imported products 40%-50%, that is, compared with ordinary printing paste, it also has a high price performance ratio.


This technology fills the blank of pure cotton color printing in textile printing industry.

With the sublimation and coloring principle, the technology penetrates the color ink into the interior of the fiber, and solves the technical bottleneck of the traditional cotton fiber which is difficult to stain.

The technology is suitable for film printing and batch printing.

When printing, PS printing is used to pfer the printing paper. When the batch is printed, the gravure plate is made into pfer paper, and then heat pfer (about 150 degrees Celsius).

The traditional textile printing whole cotton cloth batch printing, mostly with water slurry, hard hand, simple design, poor adhesion, influence air permeability, the sublimation heat pfer printing can reach the photo grade color effect, the pattern is fine, the color is beautiful, the feeling is good, the air permeability is good, no matter the batch printing and the film printing are applicable, the printing speed is 4-5 times higher than the screen printing which is widely used in the garment printing industry, the cost is lower, the effect is better and the speed is faster.

Because of the strong absorbency of all cotton fabrics, the color dyes are easily absorbed by the fibers. The traditional dyestuff printing is only suitable for polyester and polyester cotton fabrics. It can never break through the printing of all cotton fabrics. Sublimation heat pfer ink printing technology solves the technical problems of cotton printing, and is suitable for all kinds of fabric printing such as cotton, polyester, polyester cotton, elastic spandex and so on.


This technology can be compared with digital printing technology.

In recent one or two years, the digital printing technology has been introduced into the textile printing industry. However, due to the high cost and slow speed, it is difficult to promote mass production.

Sublimation heat pfer printing technology can print 15 thousand pfer printing papers per hour. Digital ink jet printing ink can only print 100 square meters of pattern area per kilogram. Sublimation heat pfer ink can print 1000 square meters per kilogram. The unit price is lower than 60%-70%, and the area of ink printing is 10 times higher than that of the weight. Its economy is incomparable with the digital printing method. It also breaks through the huge obstacle that digital printing can only be used for polyester cotton cloth but can not be applied to pure cotton cloth, and there is no digital ink jet diffusion phenomenon, and the accuracy is higher.


Sublimation heat pfer ink printing technology is widely used in underwear, swimsuit, T-shirt, cultural shirt, advertising shirt, children's wear, jeans, sportswear and so on. The effect is excellent, no color fixing, no post-processing links, foreign customers are amazed by the exquisite printing effect of clothing.

The technology can also be extended to the packaging and printing industry of leather, shoes, hats, plastics and glass, and its vast market prospect is difficult to estimate.
