Tianjin University Of Technology Launched National Science And Technology Support Program

Recently, Tianjin University of Technology sponsored the national science and technology support program "carbon fiber multi-layer angle online weaving equipment and technology" project officially launched by the Tianjin University of Technology. The research funding of the project is 41 million 800 thousand yuan.

This project is directly related to the "green, automation and equipment" of the manufacturing industry in the "national medium and long term science and technology development plan" (28). It is a key supporting technology of the textile industry adjustment and revitalization plan of the State Council and the equipment manufacturing industry adjustment and revitalization plan.

This project will provide independent weaving equipment and technological support for developing and producing high-performance carbon fiber composites in China.

　　据该课题负责人、天津工业大学副校长蒋秀明教授介绍，该课题的总体目标是以《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要（2006-2020年）》中大型飞机、探月工程、载人航天等航空航天重大科技专项需求为背景，以风力发电、船舶制造、汽车、自行车等高技术产业需求为牵引，立足我国资源，打破国外封锁，加强自主创新，突破制约我国碳纤维复合材料产业领域的关键技术瓶颈，发展具有自主知识产权的军民两用复合材料骨架制造技术，重点研究开发碳纤维多轴向经编机及技术、多层角联机织装备及技术和立体管状织造装备及技术，填补国内碳纤维复合材料产业领域多层织造装备的空白，实现碳纤维多轴向织物、多层厚重织物、立体异型织物、管状多层织物等新型复合材料骨架的机械化、自动化、批量化生产，提高碳纤维复合材料产品质量、降低生产成本，提升我
