Selling Body Language Symbols

In sales, there are many symbols that can be used, such as language symbols, emoticons, body symbols, psychological symbols, etc.

Sale

These symbols are used naturally by the staff, but the excellent salesmen are constantly learning these symbols, consciously applying these symbols to their sales work, and have achieved very good results.

Today, I will focus on introducing body symbols, also called body language.

Every one of us will do thousands of body movements every day, some of which are needed for work and exercise, others are our own physical needs, and some are the cultural traditions of a nation, such as shaking hands, hugging, saluting, bowing, and boxing. These limbs language is already a symbol of etiquette. You can use body language to express your meaning and think of it as a civilized civilized person. Conversely, it will be considered vulgar, impolite, lacking in accomplishment, and it will encounter some trouble in sales.

Therefore, body language is still very important in sales work, so we should learn and master it.

What is body language? My personal definition is that the movements and the body shape presented by the head, hands and feet are collectively called body language.

My article only discusses the application of body language in sales. Because of too much body language, I only talk about some representative friends' attention.

1, shake hands.

This is the first time we meet and say goodbye.

Hour

politeness

Action is also an important body language.

According to different objects, the way of shaking hands is also different. For the elders of the same sex, they should first use the right hand to hold each other's right hand, and then hold the right hand back of the other side with the left hand.

In fact, it means holding hands to show respect and enthusiasm for elders.

For peers, juniors and same-sex, just stick out your right hand and hold tightly to each other.

To shake hands on the opposite sex, especially men and women, only stick out the right hand and hold the four fingers of the other side. Sometimes, women's resentment against men comes from shaking hands, some exerting their full grip, and some holding on to them are impolite, which will leave a bad first impression on the other side.

2, gesture.

Each of us has different gestures in the process of conversation, but some gestures are helpful for us to express and some are annoying.

In business negotiations, it is best not to use ten points to refer to each other's gestures, which will make the other person very disgusted, and do not waving their fist when speaking. These gestures are impolite.

3, standing posture.

We often need to stand and work in sales.

Customer

Speaking of business, many salesmen are constantly shaking their shoulders and changing their feet constantly. These actions will make the customers feel impatient and want to finish the conversation as soon as possible.

The right thing to do is to act like a soldier at a short pace, with one foot at the front and one at the back.

Be steady and try not to shake your head.

4, sitting posture.

Visiting customers, receiving customers, sitting posture is the most commonly used body language of our salesmen. Because of habits or too casual, some male salesmen are sitting on the sofa, or they can stretch their legs lengthy or shake their legs to shake their legs. It will make customers very disgusted, impolite, not speaking, and still very unstable, causing customers' distrust.

Some female salesmen also take men's sitting posture. Some wear skirts and open their legs. These will also make the customers uncomfortable and affect the image. If the other side is also a woman, nine times out of ten, business can not be reached.

Because women hate women's lack of dignity.

5, bow.

It is also impolite for some salesmen to visit their clients at the client company and see a few people sitting in the office. Sitting down is not very polite. We should learn from the Japanese and bow to everyone. Hello, everyone. I think it is because of your courtesy that others will help you get the order, too.

Generally speaking in the face of a few people, learning to bow is a good selling body language.

6, nodding.

Nodding and smiling on many occasions is also the best body language for sales.

For example, in the meeting hall, in the dining room, in the office is talking, you can use nodded body language to express their greetings.

Above, I have introduced 6 common body language. Actually, as long as we interact with people, we will use body language at all times. Only by constantly improving our self-cultivation and paying attention to the details of life, we will make ourselves graceful.

Harris Tweed, a British fabric manufacturer with a history of 100 years and founded in 1909, has recently been invited to cooperate with the famous skateboard brand Vans to create a joint shoe model. The brand classic and historic wool cloth is presented on the Chukka shoes of the Vans signboard, and three different color matching options are provided. The Harris tongue of the Harris brand is also seen in the tongue, and the collision between classical and modern is born.
