Since 2008, the Shaoxing county Party committee and county government are committed to building the "international textile creative center" and building the creative industrial base of China Textile City.

Since its operation in 2009, the base has introduced 94 textile creative organizations, including fabric design, new fabric research and development, home textile design, clothing design, digital color separation plate making, textile software development, and so on, bringing together more than 1100 talents of all kinds, laying the foundation for the combination of industry and creativity.
