The power consumption per spindle (22000rpm) has been less than 34W in foreign countries and 45W in China. The gap is very obvious.

Theoretically speaking, high speed spinning is not only feasible and necessary, but also improves productivity and ensures excellent yarn quality, effectively overcomes the pressure brought by rising cost of raw materials, energy and manpower, and has obvious advantages over low speed spinning.

The experience of high speed spinning has been popularized in India.

Rieter's spinning technical expert also talked about the difference in spinning concept between the two countries of China and India when communicating with the chief cotton textile chief engineer in China.

India's pursuit of high speed, high quality and advanced equipment has been used. Since 2009, high-end spinning equipment has been imported more than 50%.

China has long been pursuing low speed and low quantity. This traditional concept affects the development of automation level of textile machinery, and can not establish lasting competitive advantage.


In fact, the cotton textile market has not been popular since 2010, which has greatly stimulated the cotton textile enterprises to expand their reproduction. However, the coastal enterprises have suffered a serious shortage of labor, and the start-up output of the enterprises is insufficient (50%~75%'s operating rate), and the cost of labor has also climbed steadily.

By improving the automation level of spinning equipment and increasing labour productivity, the employment of 1/3 can be reduced by more than 21 (such as the use of automatic winding machine can reduce the number of people, the spinning machine has automatic doffing can reduce 9 people, etc.), which can effectively solve the shortage of labor shortage in cotton spinning enterprises, which is the direct cause of the sudden increase in demand for advanced textile machinery in the near future.

To speed up the development of automated textile machinery, high production, high efficiency, less manpower and emission reduction are not only the trend of technology in the future, but also the inevitable result of the current economic structural pformation.

It should be noted that the current "spinning" order of textile machinery enterprises is largely due to the sudden increase in supply capacity of foreign advanced textile machinery enterprises, which is not a sign of the improvement of our competitive advantage.
