The results showed that the passing rate of children's shoes was 84%, and the formaldehyde of individual products exceeded the standard.

A total of 100 children's shoes produced by 100 enterprises in 7 provinces and municipalities in Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong and Sichuan have been surveyed.

According to the standards of "travel shoes" GB/T 15107-2005, "leather sandals" GB/T 22756-2008, "leather shoes" QB/T 1002-2005, "children's leather shoes" QB/T 2880-2007 and other enterprises, the quality of appearance, sensory quality, wear resistance, peel strength / peel off strength of the children's shoes, the strength of the peeling and peeling off of the bottom wall, the hardness of the peeling surface, the strength of the upper band, the color fastness of the lining and the inner pad, the free formaldehyde, and the decomposition of the harmful aromatic amine dye are tested in 8 items.

Spot checks found that 16 products do not meet the standard requirements, involving free formaldehyde, wear resistance, upper band pull strength, outsole hardness, sensory quality items.

Among them, Shanghai snow Na children's products Co., Ltd., "Si Na Na" children's leather shoes (specification: 200 (mm) type one production date / batch number: 2011-11-10/S121P210762), Nanjing Ming Lu Shoes Co., Ltd., "Ming Lu" sticky children's shoes (specification type: 170mm * 4 double (2) production date / batch number: 2011-12-15/28107B), all detected free formaldehyde exceeded the standard 4 times.

A spokesman for the AQSIQ said that according to the results of this sampling inspection, the AQSIQ has instructed relevant provincial and municipal quality supervision departments to deal with this unqualified product inspection enterprise according to the provisions of laws and regulations.
