4. Cutting process Generally speaking, cutting is the first process of garment production, which involves cutting fabrics, linings and other materials into pieces according to the requirements of layout and layout, and also includes layout, laying, calculation, borrowing, nesting, cutting, inspection, numbering, binding, etc. of grey fabric defects.


5. Sewing process Sewing is a highly technical and important garment processing process in the whole garment processing process. 7. Garment quality control Garment quality control is a very necessary measure to ensure the product quality in the whole processing process. 8. Post treatment Post treatment, including packaging, storage and transportation, is the last process in the whole production process. The operator shall sort and fold each garment made and ironed according to the packaging process requirements, put it in the plastic bag, and then distribute the packing according to the quantity on the packing list. Sometimes ready to wear clothes are also hoisted and shipped, and the clothes are hoisted on the shelf and delivered to the delivery place. 3、 Clothing measurement method


1. Overall height: represents the garment "size", measured vertically from the top of the head to the foot root.


2. Length: measure the required length from the neck root on the left side of the front body through the highest point of the chest, generally to the tiger's mouth of the hand.


3. Bust: it represents the "shape" of the upper garment. Outside the shirt, along the armpit, through the fullest part of the chest, balance the circumference for a week, and increase the size as required.


4. Shoulder width: measure from the top of the outer end of the left shoulder bone at the back to the top of the outer end of the right shoulder bone (the tape is slightly curved when it is close to the neck root in the middle of the back). 7. Collar size: measure one week along the lower circumference of the throat bone, and increase the size as required.


8. Waist: general body shape can be calculated according to the overall height. When encountering a special body type, it is necessary to measure the front and rear waist sections (at the thinnest part of the waist, a tape measure should be put around horizontally), and measure the front and rear waist sections respectively.


9. Pant length: measure from the upper end of the left hip bone of the waist up to 4cm and down to the heel minus 3cm.


10. Waist: it represents the "shape" of trousers. Measure around the thinnest part of the waist at the outer edge of the trousers, and add the size as required.


11. Hip circumference: Balance the circumference around the fullest part of the hip, and increase the relaxation degree as required.
