According to the Ordinance, Germany will severely punish future violations of all relevant chemical regulations, such as REACH regulations.

< p > REACH regulations have established various responsibilities for manufacturers, importers and downstream users of chemicals exported to Europe.

However, according to the 126th regulation of REACH, the member states of the European Union can make corresponding penalty clauses by themselves, which has led to different penalties among Member States.

With the gradual expansion of the influence of REACH regulations, the management of chemicals in Europe has gradually become integrated, legalized and standardized.

The German chemical safety Amendment Act (ChemSanktionsV), adopted by the German Federal Court (P), was formally promulgated in April 30, 2013 and formally implemented in May 1, 2013.

The amendment Ordinance determines the penalties for deliberate or unintentional violations of European regulations, including REACH regulations.

< p > the competent authority may impose a fine on the violating enterprise directly.

In violation of the thirty-third REACH regulation (if the product contains SVHC>0.1%, it is necessary to provide safe use information to consumers within 45 days), enterprises that fail to provide consumers with highly concerned material information in time will be fined up to 50000 euros.

< p > in addition, if the enterprise violates the provisions of appendix 17 of the REACH regulations, the maximum penalty will be 5 years.

Some of the restricted chemicals included in the order include: < a href= "//www.sjfzxm.com/news/index_c.asp" > textiles > /a > and < a href= //www.sjfzxm.com/news/index_c.asp > > leather used in /a > restricted azo fuel (Azodye), fumaric acid two methyl ester (DMFu), cadmium in jewellery, excessive nickel release from metal parts exposed to skin for a long time, and o-phenyl two formic acid esters in toys and children's products.

Most of the current labels are "self-evident" and are familiar with consumers, but lack of attention to the intrinsic information of textiles. At present, leather products are not subject to European Union label requirements when used in footwear products. The European Parliament and Council have discussed the contents of labels for textiles and leather products, and the contents of leather labels for footwear products may be reviewed.
