Germany: The Toxic Chemicals In Children'S Shoes Are Over The Standard

The German Greenpeace Organization recently revealed that after testing the samples taken from a number of children's clothing discount retailers, more than half of children's shoes and children's shoes contain chemicals that are hazardous to health and environmental safety.

The laboratory tested 26 substances in children's shoes and clothes.

Children's shoes, including sports beach shoes, wooden bottom shoes and sneakers, are proved to contain the most toxic chemicals, such as high concentration of two methylformamide (DMF), which not only has reproductive toxicity, but also is harmful to the skin.

Greenpeace says most of the wood bottom shoes and plastic beach shoes are smelly and smelly, which usually means that these shoes contain naphthalene.

Greenpeace has also issued chemical warnings for other baby products, including baby coats and children's raincoats containing two butylbenzene two formic acid disrupting the hormonal system, as well as rain boots containing carcinogens.

Greenpeace believes that the low cost mode of operation of supermarket chains leads to harmful substances such as textiles and shoes.

However, the organization reminds that the non-toxic fashion is not only in the luxury industry, but Martha stores in the United Kingdom and Coop in Switzerland are examples of healthy and fashionable business models.

In response to Greenpeace's report, three discount retailers responded that their products were healthy and harmless to consumers.
