Women buy shoes online. Research shows that 40% of women's shoe purchases last month were completed through Internet channels.

According to the February 9th report, more and more women do not want to go shopping.

According to the data released by the British Retail Association, almost 1/5 of the consumption in January was carried out through the Internet, excluding food consumption.

However, compared with last January, this figure dropped by 11.7%.

In the field of fashion, the growth rate of Internet consumption is particularly obvious.

Although consumers can't try on clothes before buying, more than 1/4 of the clothing consumption is done through the Internet.

Online shopping is growing faster. More than 1/3 of British consumers will buy shoes online, while female customers will increase the number of shoes online to 2/5.

The British Retail Association says that most people shop online because the online shopping experience is better than the physical store.

Physical stores tend to be overcrowded, especially during the January sales season, followed by consumers who are not sure whether they can meet ideal shoes in stores.

In contrast, online shopping enables consumers to comfortably browse countless products at home, and can immediately confirm the availability of size size.

Helen Dickinson, director general of the British Retail Association, said: "with the increasing popularity of the Internet, including the convenience brought by mobile devices, the number and type of goods that consumers touch through the Internet are on the rise. Consumers are inclined to shop online."

David McCorquodale, director of retail sales at KPMG accounting, said: "online stores need to invest in website building and enhance consumer shopping experience index."

Recent surveys conducted by the communications authority show that consumption per capita in the UK is higher than that in other developed countries.

Britons spend 2000 pounds a year on net purchases, which is 600 more than Australia's second largest share. This is largely due to the popularity of the Internet in the UK.
