Dalian Port To Implement "Three Mutual" To Promote The Construction Of Major Customs Clearance Officially Started

The implementation of the "three mutually" promotion of major customs clearance at the Dalian port was officially launched at the Tai Yue Wan wharf. The new mode of customs clearance will achieve a declaration, a check and a release, shorten the clearance time of goods and reduce the cost of customs clearance. The Dalian Port Group signed the "cooperation memorandum of three mutual promotion" for the implementation of the "three mutual" construction at the Tai Yao Wan customs, the Tai Yue Bay entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau, the Tai Yue Wan border inspection station and the Dalian maritime safety administration.

According to the spirit of the decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on several major issues concerning deepening the reform, the State Council issued the notice on implementing the "three mutual" reform plan for promoting the construction of major customs clearance at the end of last year, aiming at achieving the information exchange, mutual recognition of supervision and mutual assistance between the port administration departments, while maximizing the elimination of customs barriers, reducing the cost of customs clearance, increasing customs clearance and increasing the efficiency of customs clearance while ensuring the safety of the country's doors.
