External motivation comes from you, not your body. No one can. Excitation You, only yourself. What I'm talking about is long-term motivation. On the other hand, long-term motivation should be from the heart. So this leads to another problem: as an entrepreneur or entrepreneur, when you do not have power How do you motivate yourself?

First of all, you should understand that almost everyone has similar problems in some specific moments of their career. I have never seen one person immunized, nor have I. So, as an entrepreneur and entrepreneur, what should I do when faced with such a situation?

Here are some things that are helpful to me:

1, try to reduce contact with negative people. Although this is not possible, it should be done as far as possible. At least, it will be less for a while. I think some people are very fond of complaining, even if there are great events like Olympic Games. Therefore, we must be sober and less exposed, and you will be less negative.

2, try to cheer with the people around you. You can fix five or six partners who work together regularly, and then point out who you want to be or how you can do better. We often discuss together, take part in some business activities, and let those positive people surround you, and encourage each other.

3, read, listen and see some positive things. If you feel depressed, read some positive books. Or read some audio books and listen to some active podcasts. See more things that make you laugh. Surround yourself with things that can affect your positive mindset and allow them to appear in your life as often as possible.

4, give priority to what you want to do and must do. Make a list. As an entrepreneur, I am just like living in a form. The more I control the things I want and the things I want to do, the easier I get or solve them, which keeps everything under control.

5, do not want to eat fat. Make a daily form to list what you need to solve and do. If you do, if you get a little success, you will be amazed. The more goals you accomplish, the greater your achievements, the better you will feel about yourself. This is a virtuous circle.

We have plenty of ways to motivate ourselves, and I believe the above list is just a good start for you. Another thing to keep in mind is that if you are not enthusiastic, it will help you get out of the situation in a short time (plan every day) and remember big goals (why do, how to do and what to do), so that you can be motivated by greater vision and comply with the driving force of your goals. Remember why you do what you do, then you will find some continuous motivation to motivate you to go on.
