Daqing Zhaoyuan Leather Industrial Park To Develop Leather Development Pattern

The industrial park is located in the northwestern part of Zhaoyuan County, located in the territory of Yi Shun Village, 75 kilometers away from the county town, 125 kilometers away from the downtown of Daqing, and built up from the idle assets after the relocation of the original Heilongjiang mining machinery factory.

The park began planning and construction in May 2004, and was completed and put into operation in September 2006.

The planned area of the park is 4 million 80 thousand square meters, and the built-up area is 1 million 500 thousand square meters. The government has invested 200 million yuan in infrastructure.

According to the basic framework and functional layout of the "one axis, two wings and seven zones", the park has formed the axis of Hao Yi Road.

Leather and fur products are processed into two wings, and the interior is divided into seven functional areas: leather making and fur making areas.

The planned area is 363 thousand and 900 square meters, and now it has 18 households. Two is leather.

With a planned area of 1 million 205 thousand and 600 square meters, it now has 15 enterprises and three comprehensive utilization areas.

The planned area is 64 thousand and 600 square meters, which focuses on the recycling and processing of the products attached to leather enterprises. 2 gelatin and oil processing projects have been introduced, and four is the auxiliary production area.

The planned area is 90 thousand and 800 square meters, the daily water supply capacity is 6000 tons, the daily treatment capacity is 5000 tons, the sewage treatment plant and the 35 thousand volt substation, and five is the storage and trading area.

The planned area is 1 million 320 thousand square meters, and now there are 10 thousand square meters of fur trading center. Six is the life service area.

The planned area is 45 thousand and 600 square meters, and seven is the ecological area.

The planned area is 1 million 887 thousand square meters, focusing on the development of agro forestry, fruit and vegetable, grassland, wetland and other ecological economic circles.

At present, there are 48 Enterprises in the park, including 21 leather making enterprises, 4 fur making enterprises, 21 leather and fur processing enterprises, 1 leather trading enterprises and 1 gelatin enterprises.

The development pattern of leather industry and fur industry, including leather products, fur products, recycling and leather chemical industry, has been initially formed.

The park has achieved a total output value of 13 billion 600 million yuan, a tax of 185 million yuan, (32 million in 2013, 46 million in 2014, and 55 million yuan in 2015), and more than 100 million US dollars in foreign exchange earnings. The total number of resettlement workers has been 8000 times, increasing the income of labor services by 160 million yuan, which has effectively promoted the rapid development of animal husbandry, slaughter and processing, fur trade and other related industries.

The park has been listed as a provincial small and medium enterprises Industrial Park, a provincial private technology enterprise demonstration zone, a provincial public service platform for industrial clusters of small and medium-sized enterprises, one of the four characteristic industries that undertake industrial pfer in the whole province, an entrepreneurial base for small and medium enterprises at the provincial level, a township with Chinese characteristic fur industry, Zhaoyuan and China's leather industry base, Zhaoyuan.

In the future, the county Party committee and county government will continue to adhere to the development goals of "green industry, circular economy, billions of output value and listed companies", and adhere to the development concept and development mode of "park bearing, environmental protection first, science and technology support, district and township integration", strengthen the function of the park, enhance the carrying capacity, extend the industrial chain, develop the intensive processing, enlarge the environmental protection advantages and implement the circular economy.

Build a cluster, diversified and collaborative industrial development pattern, and strive to build the park into a well-known Chinese leather industry base.

By 2020, we completed the investment of 500 million yuan, and built two centers in one district (one area: leather processing area; two centers: the original leather trading center and leather goods trading center); the number of enterprises entering the park developed to 60, the output value reached 4 billion 400 million yuan, 100 million yuan was earned, and 2000 people were employed.
