While focusing on the "farmers + cooperatives" mode, Shaya county has also developed a variety of moderate business scale models supplemented by "farmers + cooperatives + companies" and "farmers + family farms", which promotes the large-scale, mechanization, standardization and intensive development of agriculture, and radiates and drives the development of textile and clothing, equipment manufacturing, and improved seed breeding industry clusters in the upstream and downstream.
