Huang baomei, female, Han nationality, born in December 1931 and joined the party in November 1952, is a native of Shanghai. She is the former vice chairman of the trade union of the 17th cotton textile mill in Shanghai and a representative of the Eighth National Congress of the Communist Party of China. From 1960 to 1963, Huang baomei was recommended to Donghua University (then known as East China Institute of textile technology) for further study. At that time, the Ministry of textile entrusted Donghua University (then known as East China Institute of textile technology, hereinafter referred to as "Huafang") to set up a "special class for cadres", with a three-year schooling system. In the first academic year, high school courses were supplemented, and in the next two years, the university level courses of "Textile Engineering" were completed.
