By 80s and 90s, the development of silk and linen textile industry in Jincheng has entered the peak period. In 2011, the annual output of yarn, cloth and clothing of the above scale enterprises in the city was 3846 tons, 7 million 60 thousand meters and 2 million 490 thousand pieces respectively. The total sales income was 359 million 800 thousand yuan, the profit and tax was 22 million 250 thousand yuan, and the profit was 4 million 380 thousand yuan, accounting for 0.29%, 0.81% and 0.24% of the city's scale enterprises.

Third, the industrial chain is imperfect.

The silk and linen textile industry chain is a typical chain of three industries. Fifth, the level of equipment is relatively low.
