A complete document involves nearly twenty elements of large and small size. The main sending organ needs to pay attention to two points. First, the main sending organ must be an organ, but not an individual. If the main sending organ is written "XX organ leader", it must be wrong; second, we should pay attention to punctuation marks between the main and the sending organs when they are multiple. The content of the text is as long as the examinees are fluent, accurate and unambiguous in accordance with the general language requirements. However, attention must be paid to asking for instructions only.
