But from October 1st onwards, only one business license can be processed. The other two codes are also merged into the number of the business license, that is, the original three numbers, and now unified to a number.

The applicant for business registration only needs to deal with one window of business registration, achieving "one window acceptance, one form filling, a set of materials, interoperability and information sharing".

In June 29th, the general office of the State Council issued a request to speed up the reform of the registration system of three certificates in one country (No. 2015] [50], which requires the implementation of the "one photo one yard" registration mode in the whole country before the end of 2015.

According to the pilot area statistics, the original business license, tax registration certificate and organization code certificate need an average of 1 months or so.
